Executive Assistant

This person would act as a PA to the RiverTree Director, Simon Goddard, helping to manage his diary, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and other general administrative tasks. Initially 8-10 hours per week, this role has the potential to become grow into a more permanent post for the right person.

Digital Assistant

RiverTree hosts a number of website projects, and we need someone with WordPress experience to help us manage and develop those sites. If that person also has skills with social media and MailChimp that would be even better. This too offers around 8-10 hours of work a week for a period of 6 months, or longer if these projects develop or new opportunities arise.

Project Lead: Christian Book Club

A few years ago I developed a subscription website for people to buy and sell Christian books. It’s all working, but I never had the time to promote it! I’ve got some funds to pay someone 8-10 hours a week for a couple of months to kick-start the website and get people subscribing. Beyond that the work would be paid through a commission based on the number of subscribers on the site. There’s all sorts of possibilities, including monthly Zoom book club meetings and partnerships with book sellers and Christian authors. Ideally you’ll be someone who loves books and is confident with WordPress and social media – and maybe this role could be linked to the one above?
